Discover baking like never before! Our hands-on classes for kids, teens, and adults bring together sweet and savory recipes, food history, music, language, and math—all in one fun experience. Bake a treat, learn the story behind it, practice a little math and science as you measure and mix, pick up new words in different languages, and enjoy the sounds of classical music along the way. More than a class, it’s a journey of creativity, culture, and connection—one bake at a time. Our classes are limited to 10 chefs at a time, ages 6+. We offer special classes for 3-5 year old upon special requests.
Junior Chefs at Work.
One of our September class, we baked some Musakhan Rolls (a Palestinian dish) using halal chicken, onions, sumac, salt, pepper, 7 spices, olive oil, as well as tortilla wraps. Our students enjoyed making them, and eating the chicken before they wrapped them! Sahtein!
